The Garrett County Department of Public Works - Roads and Engineering Divisions, have announced that a culvert replacement project will be taking place on Blackhawk School Road beginning at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 and continuing through 5 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
An alternate route for traffic during the temporary closure will include New Germany Road and Dry Run Road.
