The Garrett County Department of Public Works - Roads and Engineering Divisions, have announced that a culvert replacement project will be taking place on Mountain Road on the date of Tuesday, September 16, 2025. The roadway will be temporarily closed during the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
