The Garrett County Department of Public Works – Roads Division hereby provides public notice that culvert installation is planned for Monday, September 21, 2026 at 6 a.m. through Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 5 p.m., on Everly Road, weather and construction conditions permitting. If the project is delayed due to inclement weather, a revised date will be announced for the temporary closure.
Alternative detour routes for traffic include Cove Road and Sam Friend Road.
