All citizens of Garrett County may be selected as jurors to serve on any of the following panels.
- March Grand Jury
Serves for two days during term
Subject to recall for the next six months - but recall rarely happens - September Grand Jury
Serves for two days during term
Subject to recall for the next six months - but recall rarely happens - January Trial Jury
Begins in January through the end of March - April Trial Jury
Begins in April through the end of June - July Trial Jury
Begins in July through the end of September - October Trial Jury
Begins in October through the end of December
Garrett County Circuit Court does not have jury trials every day. Jurors must check website and/or call the night before every scheduled trial for updates. Dates can be added at any time so please check closely.
