The Garrett County Board of License Commissioners / Liquor Control Board, under the authority of the Alcoholic Beverages Article, Title 21-205 of The Annotated Code of Maryland, may adopt rules and regulations, as they may deem necessary to enable them to effectively discharge the duties imposed upon them.
The Board has adopted the “Rules and Regulations of The Board of License Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland”. The Board will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 11:30 AM in the Commissioners Public Meeting Room of the Garrett County Government Administrative Office Building, to consider amendments to the “Rules and Regulations of The Board of License Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland” as amended May 4, 2017.
