Two Solar Co-Op Opportunities previously offered in Garrett County
1. Mountain Maryland Solar Co-Op
In 2018, the Solar United Neighbors did a Solar Co-Op which included Garrett County. The sign up has closed.
2. FREE Solar Co-Op Expanding Solar Use in Garrett County
The Friendsville Renewable Energy Effort (FREE) helps homeowners who would like to go solar. FREE works with local contractors who are providing affordable solar energy generation systems in Garrett County.
